10Pearls AI Labs is seeking an AI/ML Engineer to build generative AI solutions, agentic workflows, and RAG pipelines for global clients.
- Develop and deploy AI applications with LangChain / LlamaIndex. - Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines. - Benchmark and evaluate model performance for production stability.
Hands-on experience fine-tuning and orchestrating LLMs, implementing RAG architecture with vector databases (Pinecone, ChromaDB, pgvector), and building Python API services.
BS/MS in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or Computer Science
Hands-on experience with OpenAI / Claude APIs or open-weights models (Llama 3) required.
